Introduction

Evidence Based medicine or practice, commonly known as EBM (or EBP) is a branch of medicine developed in the last decade of the twentieth century. At the core of this practice is the ability to understand the relationship between the basic mechanisms of disease and clinical experience. The overall aim is to improve the ability to interpret data based on validation, through evidence, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures based on systematic analysis and statistical analysis of medical reports.
