Purpose of Evaluation Research

There are multiple purposes of evaluation research which might include:

To aid in the program design and thereby determining the fact that critical information, knowledge, attitudes, and skills are acquired by the learners.

The programs should be designed in such a way that provides feedback to the learners and the trainers or instructors.

To ensure the implementation of acquired knowledge and skills.

It may also include determining the impacts of program on the individuals and the organizations.
