Introduction

This paper will seek to shed light on who should be involved in the development of the evaluation plan. The paper will also consider the measurement tools that should be used for the collection and analysis of data. Furthermore, the discussion will also elaborate on the manner in which the results will come forth. Finally, the discussion will come to a concluding note by presenting a flow chart that graphically shows how the evaluation plan will execute.

The purpose of the program mapping and review is to establish a common understanding of each of the programs within the scope of the evaluation and to make a preliminary assessment of the extent to which the program is congruent with policy and the broad aims. The project will begin by bringing the stakeholder on board and ensuring that they sync with the objectives that underlie in the project. This will be followed by the development of the data collection instrument and the application of the same. Once the data have been collected, it will be processed and translated into findings and recommendations. These findings and recommendations will then be used to re-evaluate the strategies that are being followed and the approach that underlies the project.

Discussion

The development of the evaluation plan is a highly sensitive stage in the project.
