Introduction

Ethno-methodological method tests the sociological concepts of cultural conformity and norms through breeching experiments. In these experiments, a person act opposite to the general norms of the society or that particular situation and then study the sudden reactions of people around him/her to understand the reality or world. This method was introduced by Harold Garfinkel and broke away the existing quantitative methods to explore the social interaction and norms of people. It discloses the dynamics of workplaces and other situation by breaking the norms through unusual actions.
