Introduction

Ethics is considered as a significant part of every business's environment. It is not an easy issue and sometimes it becomes so difficult to work on ethical basis in any business. It is the most crucial in any business environment that how to be ethical with business stakeholders especially with employees. In any business, employees are forced to go through several business dilemmas and resolving them both as a team and as individuals within the limits of ethics.

Statement of the Problem

In a business dilemma, there is not just a single right or ethical act but there are several choices which are perceived as unethical by any one or by all stakeholders.

Significance of the Study

It is significant to study as ethical issues are identified as problems, situations, opportunity of an individual or group of individuals, to differentiate among several options that what is right and wrong, or ethical and unethical.

Research Objective

The ethical dilemmas in any business which are based on several options to choose as right and ethical act by just one employee or by all the stakeholders.

Research Hypothesis

A positive and helpful first step in this regard is to identify and resolve ethical issues of a business environment are to categorize the issues that are the most linked issues in several business organizations. For this purpose, there is a classification of ethical issues with respect to lying, discrimination, abusive behaviour, sexual harassment, corporate intelligence, bribery, environmental issues, fraud, environmental and other privacy issues etc. Amazingly, the ability to put forth political involvement or political influence is sometimes become as the most major issue to any business.

Literature Review

Intimidating or Abusive Behaviour

Among many issue and business dilemmas, abusive behaviour is considered as one of the most common issue of ethics for employee. The concept of this term comes under several things like physical threats, profanity, insults, being annoying, yelling, harshness, ignoring someone, and false accusations etc. and the meanings to these concepts may differ from person to person. For example, what one person defines as yelling might be in another's term as a normal speech. The main concern is to be civilized in society as well as in work environments with everyone. Due to the time spent unscrambling intimidating relationships, the overall productivity level of several business organizations has been decreased.

Conflicts of Interest

Conflicts of interest arise when employees of a business has to make a choice between his own interests and organizational interest or with interest of other groups. In means of medical industry, there are a lot of conflicts in interest between doctors and medical schools for payments. For example, Harvard Medical School got an 'F' grade by the American Association of medical students because of its policies of conflicts of interest.
