Introduction

Ethics is the set of beliefs and set of values an individual has. The values and beliefs can vary from society to society. An ethical act can be unethical in a distinct society. It should be made sure that every act should be ethical. Ethics is followed everywhere, in organizations, at schools, in homes etc. Similarly there are ethics for hiring and firing people, as well. When an organization does not require the services of an employee, it should follow the ethics to get rid of the people (Morris, 2007).
