Introduction

The US criminal justice system is composed up of courts and, corrections are found in almost all countries, but their names may be different. These elements are based on a number of factors. Firstly, the US constitution and its amendments play a pivotal role in the constituency and formation of the entire legal system governing the United States of America.

Criminal Justice

It is a study of law related to criminal behavior. Police, judiciary capacity workers, lawyers (defenders or prosecutors) study criminal justice. Criminal justice system is inclusive equitable justice. Justice refers to affair trail and the retribution for victims of crime. Criminal justice serves the purpose of a goal. All the officials linked with it, such as police, prosecutors, defenders or judge try the aim to be fair. This goal is not always achieved due to accountability for the flexibility of the laws; unfair changes in law and interpretation of the judiciary power (Fairchild, 2001).

Importance of Ethics in Prisons
