This ethical principle is based on providing services and help to other in problematic situations and that also above one' own self interest.

Social justice

It is closely related to social justice, human dignity and common interests and human rights concepts. Considered as a moral principle, social justice is what kind of society or a larger group due to the ratio of its individual members: 1) the individual's needs, contributions and responsibilities; 2) resources available to the community or organization, 3) the society or Joint responsibility of the organization well (DuBois, 512).
