ABSTRACT
This research study is an attempt to study the concepts of ethical leadership in the context of all the five and four star hotels in London. The aim of this research study is to study the impact that ethical leadership has in the four and the five stars hotel of London. This research study adopted a quantitative research methodology. A questionnaire was formulated and distributed to the managers of the 251 hotels in London. The responses obtained from this survey were of only 75 managers. Ethical leadership plays an important role in every organisation and especially in hotels, but according to various managers they do not have an ethics training program or an ethics officer. Therefore, ethical standards put forth by the organisation do not necessarily lead to ethical decision-making. Leaders have the option to choose ethical decisions.
