In this study we try to explore the concept of “Ethical Issues Concerning Multicultural and Diverse Populations” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “the concepts of Multiculturalism” and its relation with “Canadian Society”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “diversity” and tries to gauge its ethical impact on “society”.

It has been characterized in not less than four ways within a demographically diversified community due to migration; as principles to defend ethnic and national minorities; vis-à-vis a post-national utopia; political correctness and persona government at American universities (Parekh 2002). Multiculturalism teaches citizens in a democratic society that values diversity and differences, distinct cultures contributing to integrate into mainstream society without cutting them off from their past.
