The state and the church have been putting up social pressure on the health professionals. The technology has been developing by a rapid rate and has made new challenges for the professionals. We will be exploring the legal and ethical issues which physician's assistants face in their professional life.

The physician assistant, patient and the physician construct the flow of the practice of the physician assistant. In order to facilitate medical care, the relationship between patient and physician assistant is established on the bases of agreement and mutual respect. The physician supervises the work of physician assistant practice and the medical treatment and care provided by the physician is extended by the physician assistant.

The primary importance of the profession of physician assistant is to value the dignity, welfare, safety, and health of entire humanity. This notion is the forms the basis of the physician assistant and patient affiliation.
