Obedience is when a one-to-one would proceed in answer to a direct alignment from another individual (cardwell et al 2000). Some positions move after demands for activity and entail direct instructions from one individual to another. Although obedience is required for humanity to function, it can furthermore have destructive consequences in the incorrect authority (Cardwell, 2000). People may comply instructions of a destructive kind that can have detrimental consequences, for demonstration persons complying their managers with instructions of torture and killing. However obedience can furthermore be utilised for good, because without obedience humanity would not function successfully.
