According to the research related to the global mortality, tools and techniques used to identify and evaluate the impact of disease as well as risk factors at both global as well as regional levels are increasing day by day.

This source of information along with other beneficial effects have also been used in order to do a proper analysis and also to use it as a best decision making policy for all the international agencies as well as for the research based groups. Mortality along with morbidity factors is termed as heterogeneous ones and thus there is a large gap between them in order to enhance the quality standards as well as the strength too. This is one of the best tool and approach and can be best used at both levels of policy making and public health as well. . At first, this tool can be best utilized in order to have a better resource allocation program for all the areas where such implementation is required.
