The entrepreneurial indicator FACETS Framework

The facet comprises of eight fundamental traits. These eight key traits represent the fundamental framework to assess the traits of an entrepreneur, which is fundamentally important for my job, pertaining to degrees from my graduate studies for any graduate position. The key traits defined are as under:

Focus

It is defined as the degree of consistency of an individual pertaining to the desired goal. Focus is an elementary concept in entrepreneurship that determines how much an individual is looking up to the achievement of the idea, as a business success. The individual score is 6 that shows myself has the ability to look straight to the implementation of business idea.

Advantage

It determines the ability of an individual to make an unfavorable situation turn into a favorable one. It is defined as identifying a gap in the market and tries to fill it with a successful idea. The score is again 6, which shows the individual has ability to look into the opportunities in unfavorable situations

Creativity

The ability to create a better idea and situation through bringing newness to existing ideas, or pursue same processes and business ideas in a newly asserted manner to respond to market needs. The score is 7, which shows high creative ability to create new products and innovative ideas in the market.

Inner ego

The ability to generate ideas and course of their execution as a result of self pondering and thoughts that lead to ideas, with oneself. The score is 4, that shows myself is lower at generation of ideas on my own.

Outer ego

The ability of an individual to generate ideas and course of their execution as a result of interaction with other people and surroundings. The score on this trait is 5, which shows a higher entrepreneurial skill than that on inner ego, however, myself is still low in generation of ideas through mere interaction with people and surroundings

Team

One of the most significant traits is to work on coherent basis with the team, and therefore, attain goals through coordination and leadership. The entrepreneurial score is 10, which shows outstanding ability in this regard and therefore, indicates my ability to generate idea and execution through coordinated and collaborated effort.

Social

The ability of an individual to generate ideas, as well as, their coursework of execution through sociability, that is, ability to create ideas through interaction with society, as well as, social affiliations. ...
