This study would be based on determining the impact of employee happiness on the productivity. This topic of the study was considered significant to be chosen as it consists of significant importance for research in the perspective of workplace happiness. Research also states that individuals consider work as an obstacle which must be overcome in order to receive compensation and afford the necessities of life such as food and shelter which is an important factor for living furthermore, luxuries should also be rewarded in case of work which is unsatisfying (Ken, 2006, p.45).
