Explain where an employee can reasonably expect to have privacy in the workplace.

The video cameras can be hidden or not. They pursue the goal to protect the employer's business only against intruders, but also against their own employees. Privacy protection and labor relations can be derived from two fundamental principles that should be account the employer prior to installing surveillance cameras on the premises of the company: the principle of need and the obligation of the employer, to assess the degree of intrusion into the privacy of your employee.
