Introduction

Older persons worldwide, continue to work with or without pay, making substantial contribution to the economic prosperity of their communities. There is no economic or biological basis for retirement at a fixed age, with the average between 60 and 65 in developed countries. In fact, in national economies, where agriculture predominates, older adults, both men and women, are working on the farm to be physically unable to perform their tasks, a fact that often comes at a stage very late in life. In turn, in developed societies are becoming more widely recognized that older adults should be free to work all the time they want. Age should not impede or hinder in any way a person desires to get a job, it must be recognized and rewarded the benefits of age.
