Learning Classroom

Part 1: Introduction and Summary of four Readings

Language learning is a process which requires proper attention, motivation, teacher's feedback and encouragement, because during language acquisition students usually feel embarrassed and hesitate. This is the main reason for the hindrance in language learning in classroom. Brown (2007) provides different methods to assist the teachers in using the better methods for the classroom interaction and to use different strategies and its implementation in the classroom. Brown mainly emphasized on the technologies and strategies requires which learning language through the process second language acquisition SLA. He also highlights the different variables and factors associated with the language acquisition and it also provides that there are certain issues that deal with the concerns associated with the acquisition of fluency in the second language. Csiz´Er and Do¨ Rnyei (2005) discussed 'language learning motivation” as the most important factor in the process of language acquisition. It is a very complex process which also consists of various components and other important factors associated with the process of language learning. In this study these researchers provide a theoretical model to understand the motivation in the second language acquisition. The main focus of this research is the internal structure of the L2 motivation with the help of applying Structural Equation Modeling SEM. This method determines the factors which are responsible for the effective language learning. Motivation plays a vital role. According to the new development in the field of management teachers are also consider as the leader and thus, understanding the role of motivation is very important for them. Apart from motivation there are also various other forms of data which affect the learning tasks and increase the working ability of the workers. In this research they mainly emphasized on the language behaviour. The two behaviours identified by Csiz´Er and Do¨ Rnyei (2005) are divided into two different groups, (i) language choice on future language learning (2) the effort these students need to put for the language learning is depends on their input for the learning. This research study provides that the need for better results and better understanding of the L2 such as English depends on the concept of 'Integrativeness' which deals with the diversification of the context. This research provides the comparison of this concept with the Gardner's concept of integrativeness.

Lamb (2004) also conducted research on the Indonesian children to understand the factors that influence the L2 learning in the classroom. This research also intended to teach these children English language as the L2. The focus of this research was also to look for the different means to observe the effects of different strategies applied to these students for the for the learning of L2. Motivation plays an important role in language learning and also emphasized by these researchers on the process of language learning. This research involves the methods of 'integrative' and 'instrumental' ...
