In order to overcome these issues, teachers should play a pivotal role. Education and learning is an important part of an individual's life (Chakravorty, 2005). These factors play immensely valuable role in the development of an individual and they also play their part in shaping the life of an individual. Education and opportunities to get education is the basic right of an individual. There are certain factors that give rise to the concept of inequality in the accessibility to educational opportunities. The aim of this paper is to talk about educational inequality, different factors on the basis of which educational inequality exists and the ways through which these issues can be resolved.

In a classroom, every student brings his or her own culture and appearance. The way an individual looks, speak and differ in physical, cultural and intellectuals, puts a profound impact on others. Barriers results from diversity which typically arises from social class, gender, age, intellectual abilities, religion, ethnicity and personality.
