Education is seen as a key cornerstone for developing a competent, skilled and flexible workforce. An organization can not only pay high grade salaries to its precious assets that are human resources but it can also develop such skills in its human resources by giving them certain level of training in their respective fields. It is the duty of employers that they should not only hire such workforce that is already acquaint and skilled with the knowledge of their respective fields but it is also their responsibility to develop their employees time to time through different orientation and training programs so they that would be beneficial for not only the organization but also for the society (Bianchi, Melissa, Liana, John, 2008 Pp 191).

A theory of scientific administration given by Frederic Taylor has placed greater emphasis on training and staff training within enterprises.
