However, Alicia believed that there is nothing wrong with her eating concerns. Thus, the paper makes a discussion on the ways through which Alicia could have been treated by Sadie. The paper identifies a tool which can be used for addressing this problem and the importance of tools in meeting the requirements of Alicia.

The eating disorder is a problem which is widely spread in the whole world. This problem is faced by many people in the world. This is the reason why the clinicians and the researchers all over the world are searching for the ways to identify the assessment tools which can be used for the purpose of treating this eating disorder. One of the most important way which has been identified by the clinicians and researchers is the eating disorder inventory-3. This is the revision of the previously developed assessment tools and has been acknowledged by all the clinicians and the researchers. The EDI-3 reflects the development of an ambitious research, assessment, and intervention program in the field of eating disorders. The full instrument may have been surpassed in its usefulness by advances in the field itself, but the EDI-3 screening components, particularly the RF, would seem useful in settings such as high school and college counseling clinics where rapid assessment and referral of clients at risk for eating disorders is of critical importance.

The eating disorder inventory-3 is considered to be a revision of the latest eating disorder inventory tools which are used for the purpose of conducting the measurement of different psychological traits or other constructs which are used for the purpose of conducting the treatments of individuals with eating disorders. The eating disorder inventory-3 is considered to be a standardized tool which is used for the purpose of measuring the objective scores and profiles which can be used in the situations when there is a need of case conceptualization and treatment planning (Toro, 2005).
