In today's world, the importance of initiating personal development in children setting has grown immensely. The reason behind engaging in such personal development of young people and children is due to their growing needs and demanding behaviors. In contrast to the needs and demands of children and young people, the paper will discuss the duties and responsibilities of engaging in personal development and setting of children. Moreover, parents and professionals looking after the child's development are known to perform these duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities of Individual Work Role

The concept behind discussing individual work role is to understand the importance of accurately distributing duties and responsibilities to enhance the learning perspective of children and young people. The process of engaging in personal development will help initiate behavioral changes in children and young people and will allow them to nurture learning habits. The professionals providing personal developments in young people and children are liable to perform activities according to the obliged duties and responsibilities required to offer personal development to children and young learners. The duties and responsibility of professionals related to personal development in setting of young people and children requires competencies in their work role.

The responsibilities of own work role in developing learning attributes for children's setting involves creating a stimulating, positive, safe, and happy environment, which promotes multicultural learning for children. Such environment can develop enthusiastic and motivational characteristics in children leading towards a better learning environment in which children and young people can be cared for (Hoelscher, 1999, pp. 14).
