E-Service Recommendations

The overall recommendation is to move from our current mode of a few people having access to a few off-line geospatial data sets and stand-alone GIS systems to many people having real time network access to many online geospatial data sets and online geoprocessing resources. The vision is for geospatial information to be fully integrated into the information society. This is a cultural challenge as well as a technical challenge.
