Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to develop the course for teachers at Henry ES Reeves Elementary. The English term e-learning, is a system of learning through electronic media management, based on the use of computers, electronic devices, among others, where through these, you are provided educational material to students for learning (Depuis, 2003). It is commonly known worldwide today as e-learning and is rooted in distance education, in the beginning, this is done through email correspondence. This distance learning system encourages intensive use of ICT, and this aided by the availability of learning tools regardless of geography or time limits, which requires a good adaptation to a new pace of learning (Anderson & Elloumi, 2004). Students and / or users can share their views, knowledge and experience through Information and Communication Technologies (Allan, 2002). E-learning, is a system that grows every day, even in the future, we ourselves can be an active participant in it. It is a way improved and expanded learning things in a better way and practice. Earlier learning has been subjected to more resources such as reading books, sitting in a classroom or listening to the teacher (Allan, 2002). But e-learning allows these things limited to a mouse click at your own will. It provides all the comfort you need to learn specific things at home or anywhere far. It is a type of pedagogy that is totally oriented towards the user.

Course/ Training Situation

Given the high importance of e-learning in the changing environment, an e-learning course has been designed for the teachers of Henry ES Reeves Elementary. The main purpose of this e-learning course is to increase the knowledge and skills of the students and facilitate them so that they can get the skills and knowledge using the electronic learning. The course is the video training of the students for marketing skills. The marketing aspects and the marketing related functions and theories will be discussed with the help of video course (Depuis, 2003).

Learning Level

This course has been designed for the graduate students of business science. The marketing is the main tool of business. Therefore, there is a great need of understanding the main principles and functions of marketing for the business students (Anderson & Elloumi, 2004). Keeping in view the needs of business students, this course has been designed for the graduate level students so that they can have the complete knowledge of the marketing principles in the start of their section.

Duration of the Course

As the course consists of videos; therefore, the course will be limited for one semester of 3 months. The course content will be ample for providing the complete knowledge and information about the principles of marketing with the use of video contents (Depuis, 2003).
