The study is related to the Jazzmusic which is a small independent company which has been in existence for twenty years and owned by two partners. The company specializes in producing music of jazz artists is released on Vinyl and CD. Jazzmusic hire the studio and when the recording comes after the Vinyl and CD produced by outside organizations. Formats CD / Vinyl are sold directly through a telephone line, through retailers through distributors and also by music concerts. Moreover, the billing and payment process with the customers and suppliers is basically a manual process with the support of the records held by a PC which will be difficult, if the company work on e-commerce. Jazzmusic offers quality products at low prices and put people first in the way they conduct their business as their main strategy by Vinyl and CD. The relative positioning of Vinyl and CD's market share with esteem to other premier players in the market has been showed as pursues. Jazzmusic get benefit over competitors profited by proposing consumers larger value in respect to the quality format that is the Vinyl and CD. In addition to this, now the company wants to enter in the e-commerce business as Jazzmusic consider that it is easy to promote MP3 format to the customers as the use many different devices could outweigh the quality deficiencies of MP3 format.

Structure and Aims of Business Organisations

As the Jazzmusic wants to implement e-commerce in its business where, the company will be focusing on the MP3 format, however, it is of low quality but can offer the use of MP3 format in various devices. For this purpose, the aims and objectives should be to identify the factors of implementing the e-commerce and to determine the success of factors that increase the increased use of e-commerce where MP3 format will be in use. For this purpose, the following criteria will be used to identify suitable structure to study for MP3 and e-commerce. So, the minimum number of employees in the company should be in consideration, the enterprise must have an e-commerce department, Jazzmusic should have minimum capital for the e-commerce and employees of Jazzmusic should be willing to participate in the study.Strength

For the strategic performance management strengths are the key forces for a Jazzmusic as it identifies and help the organizations to move towards the goals and objectives that were previously set by the management which ultimately affect the overall efficiency of the organization like Jazzmusic which is the quality products or the formats offered that is CD / Vinyl.

Weaknesses

These can be in the form of no clear management styles, poor image, research and development issue, competitive disadvantage, poor track record, insider problems, financing problems and possible training problems by managers and supervisors for instance like the music industry, for instance, the lack of or the absence of e-commerce activities by the Jazzmusic.
