DSM-IV-TR: The Current Manual
DMS-IV has been issued in 1994. Though there have been some changes that have been done to it and now the text revision of DMS-IV-TR has been re-issued in July 2000. There have been descriptive changes in the publication. The errors that have been encountered in DMS-IV are corrected in DMS-TR-IV. It has also updated some of the diagnostic codes according to the levels of International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Edition, and Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM) coding system adopted by the U.S. government.
