In my opinion, this is an invasion of privacy, let alone unconstitutional. To whom and by what means will we pay for these drug tests? If people have to undergo tests to avail benefits, they will certainly be spending more than they are saving. In addition to all the paperwork and tracking methods they are creating for themselves, going to a reportable drug-testing agency would be hectic. Moreover, a person will have to undergo a series of tests periodically. It is a person's personal life if he/she happens to experiment with drugs. ...
