The paper presents an argument as to observe the fact whether globalization contributes to the spread of crime. Increasing trend of across border exchange of information and a heightened trend of immigration, as a consequence of concept of globalization, is playing a significant role in the increasing crime rates of the world. For this reason, It is more easily perceived that technology, immigration and organized crime have a strong hand to increase the number of crime.

Globalization, the gradual transformation of the world space into a single area where freely move capital, goods, and services along with the ideas which are freely distributed and move their media, encouraging the development of modern institutions and polishing mechanisms of their interaction. Globalization involves the formation of an international legal, cultural and information fields, a kind of inter-regional infrastructure, including information and exchanges. Today, the great world power USA is the leader of this process, with support from organizations like the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank (WB) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), aims to accelerate this process.
