Diplomacy: Relevant or Obsolete

Introduction

Since the end of the Cold War, public diplomacy has been a little hectic. America should have to be perpetually involved in cold wars of ideas. America is a nation built on an idea, more specifically, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
