I was involved in two case scenarios one demanding to satisfy the unhappy employee and the second one was based on managing people within the organization.

First Scenario

In the first scenario, I had the opportunity to interact face-to-face with an employee, named JJ, who was working as Manager Recruitment in the organization. One of the problems was that other employees were un-supportive towards him due to his bad-mouthing habit. Now, this case required a thorough thought on my part as JJ was part of the problem and was responsible for creating unpleasant environment at the workplace.
