Deteriorata to Desiderata

"Deteriorata" is a well renowned parody of San Francisco wireless and TV character Les Crane's voiced phrase notes of Desiderata. It was in writing by Tony Hendra and noted by National Lampoon as part of their National Lampoon Radio Dinner album of 1972. The parody acquired a large deal of heritage implication and attractiveness as a common production on the Dr. Demento wireless show. Les Crane himself accepted to favouring this type over his Grammy-winning notes of the initial poem.
