Introduction

The data analyzed are part of the employee survey instrument to evaluate the reasons for the employees leaving the organization. The exit interview is very beneficial in understanding the grievances of the employee or the actual reasons which led to the leasing of the employee (Westin, 2012). The health care industry is part of the service industry and the motivation and behavior of employees can improve the health care service of the hospitals (Keyser & Morrow, 2012).
