Demonstrative communication is a process of communication by using non-verbal actions and unwritten communication tools and techniques to further authenticate the intended communication. The use of facial expression and voice tone is the most common form of demonstrative communication. The body language of the person can also be regarded as another common form of demonstrative form of communication (Jones, 2003). Demonstrative communication can clearly take Place between the speaker and the hearer who are sufficiently far away from each other, and placed in such a way that they observe different Parts of the same (may be, a rather large) object. 'What makes it communication rather than misunderstanding, is simply the fact that there is a single inclusive object encompassing both the part perceived by the speaker and the part perceived by the hearer'.

In order to explain the involvement of listening and valuable responding to demonstrative communication we can take the example of film. In the film, the number of interpersonal communication acts is the demonstration of self concept, emotions, attitude and behavior. Life experience and perception influence self concept, Psychological type, motivational level and gender are the elements that shape up one's self concept. For instance, in the communication process, self knowledge is revealed to others and affects how others react to it. In the film, interpersonal communication acts is inevitable which interconnecting lives of the characters. People constantly communicate with each other either through direct or indirect channels. Communication is constantly received through these channels regardless of an individual's intent of not receiving it (Burgoon, 2010).

Nonverbal communication

Nonverbal communication is the process of communication by sending and receiving wordless messages. These messages can be communicated through gestures, body language or posture, facial expression and eye contact, object communication such as clothing, hairstyles or even the architecture, or symbols and graphics, as well as through an aggregate of above, such as communication behavior. Nonverbal communication plays a key role in the daily life of every person. Nonverbal communication is a field that encompasses a wide variety of disciplines within both the social and natural sciences. If there ever was a field that could be labeled “the missing link” between the social and natural sciences, this would be it (Jones, 2003).
