Introduction

Systems decision support, DSS (Decision Support Systems) for its acronym in English, is defined as information systems based on computers which combine models and data to try to solve problems using unstructured friendly interface for the user. DSS is the use of interactive computer to learn about decision problems, often through access to data and models.
