Introduction

Management is responsible for both the successes and failures of an organization. Through the development of a mission statement and objectives, an organization can strategically plan its course of action to achieve said objectives. It is understood that decision making requires the utmost ethical considerations. Despite all that planning, problems arise when what is expected (objectives) is not what achieved (outcomes) is.
