So far the mediation group has not been accompanied by credible peace proposals and key external actors have not provided the necessary pressure and inducements to reach an agreement. International efforts to resume negotiations in the coming weeks to avoid the mistakes of the past and focus instead on basic peace proposals and support for the mediation group with the shoulders.

Partnership between Europe and the United States must endure, not because of what has been achieved in the past, but because of our common future depends on it. Optimism has risen in recent weeks that partnerships can find new energy. But the update requires more than hope; it requires action. This agreement shows that there is a way forward, if leaders on both sides of the Atlantic will take it. With bold steps partnership can survive and thrive in such a way that benefits, Americans and Europeans. Divide between Europe and the United States does not occur due to bad simulation or misunderstandings (Alex, 2004, 7). It arises, since each party has undertaken other strongly opposed, or refused to join the other strongly favor. In addition, these disputes have become self-perpetuating. American policy sparks animosity among Europeans, or vice versa. This hostility, in turn, has convinced the leaders of both parties that they have no choice but to alone.
