The term bulling refers to unwanted aggressive behavior which is manifested by the use of force. These behaviors are usually habitual and involve the element of imbalance power. Bulling may include physical assault, verbal or non-verbal harassment and grounds on religion, race, ethnicity and sexuality factors (Crothers, et, al, 2004, pp 496-503). Cyber bulling is a form of bullying that is caused by electronic technology. Cyber bulling which is caused by electronic technology includes cell phones, e-mails, tablets, text message and all the social Medias. Cyber bulling examples includes the rumors made by an individual on email or text message, or fake messages posted by an individual on social networks, posting of embarrassing videos, websites and pictures are all examples of cyber bulling.

Cyber bullying is not restricted to kids only; this activity is common among adults as well. In this contemporary world, social media is the most common tool utilized for performing cyber bullying activities (Finkelhor, et, al, 2006, pp 1169-1177). Individuals hack the profile of different people, and post unwanted stuff on their profiles in order to irritate and devalue the reputation of specific person.
Cyber bullying is commonly targeted to person who is online unknown stranger. The consequences of bullying are quite negative, because this act is utilized to harm an individual reputation, employment and safety. Cell phones and computer technology are not the real cause of cyber bulling, because these sources are utilized by an individual for negative purpose. Computer and cell phones are manufactured for the ease of society, but these tools are negatively utilized by a certain group of individuals to exploit the reputation of others (Finkelhor, et, al, 2006, pp 1169-1177).
