ABSTRACT
For the purpose and objective of understanding and comprehending our research, we shall be discussing the influence of education and learning in a holistic context. Here, our main focus would be the area of education in terms of how far and wide is the discipline and what parameters need to be undertaken for the purpose of improving, improvising and developing educational patterns that have been practiced for over a period of time. In addition, we shall also discuss the most important characteristics have in alignment of studying in a classroom and at the same time identify all those factors that would otherwise would have gone unnoticed. We have also introduced and identified a new concept of learning centeredness, which shall help us understand what content and in what context should a student be studying in the classroom towards proper and productive understanding and comprehension of the script and text taught by the instructor or teacher in class. Furthermore, the paper discusses all those individuals involved in the midst of developing a rather apt, productive and healthy environment for students to work and excel in. With the conclusion of this paper, our main objective and purpose of this study shall upon the workability and framing of a novel and improved environment, which would help both the students and the teachers to define and understand the ebbs and flows of a classroom and at the same time help us understand and comprehend the innate details of how teaching and learning could be improved in today's modern world of rapid development and expansion.

Background of the Research
Teaching has been long influenced with the notion of spreading knowledge, education and learning towards people of all ages and sizes. For all those individuals who have been working long and hard in the understanding, methodology, delivery and improvement of the teaching systems, they have made through contributions for the analysis, realization and have tried to make a mark of the contributions they have done in the field of educational and learning respectively.

The research question that shall encompass the entire probability of the work done would be 'Influence of Teaching and Learning upon educational development.'
