The diversity is reflected in the differentiation of gender status, ethnicity, religion, social class, physical ability, sexual orientation and age. These guidelines stem from the changes that has occurred from the impact of globalization and information technology and communication. Therefore it is assumed that the workforce has differentiated and plural character, requiring mechanisms to achieve diversity management and culture as a conditioning element and the impact on labor relations and new management under schemes of the human complexity.

The design model of methods and procedures of learning is like a bridge between the “world-as-imagined” and the world-as experienced, where diversity may be a source of innovative problem solving that is combined by experience and knowledge. Learning plays an significant role in the transformation of existing knowledge into the new design solutions, in order to replicate organizational and human needs for change and chances for such change. Diversity climate is defined as “organizational” members' attitudes and perceptions toward people from cultural groups other than their own. As we move towards increasing the profits of the times, organizations should discover the concepts of social individuality differences, which are the attitudes and perceptions, which evident itself in practices and behaviors of individuals.

Human capital and social capital are referred to the potential of the individuals involvement of organizational (Kinicki & Kreitner, p. 13-14). Social capital refers to the possibility of establishing stong bond, communication and teamwork in an effort to achieve a common goal. Organizations can use the "crisis of opportunity. In complex economic groups, today times are pooling to found some creative ways to support the organization. A strong organizations asset is its people. When we try to hire a strong and experienced people, our business will be survive. (Kinicki & Kreitner, 2009).
