Cultural Concerns in US

The word culture refers to music, art, history and literature of any country. In U.S, all this is seen as a result or materialization of culture. Culture simply means the way of life of a group of people passed from one generation to another. It is the sum of beliefs, values, ways of thinking and world view shared by most people. The study of these external aspects of culture shows that they reflect our internal values, beliefs and way of interpreting the world (Hall, 2003, 398-413). In order to understand the American domestic culture, it is almost not viable to explain external behavior which includes our public policies.

United States of America which is known as to be responsible for putting in the hard ideological framework of the Cold War formed a large-scale mechanism consisting of information for long-term and short-term impact on political orientation of foreign companies as well as institutions of culture. Obviously, we cannot argue that this mechanism has emerged slowly. Before the world community had the empire of the America which has rapidly established political control over States in the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean and later economic control in China (Douglas, 2008, 274-277). American society in the form of charitable foundations, religious missionaries and rare programs of the government attempts to implement cultural influence in foreign countries. However, all programs were unsystematic and have an idea for mutual aid and generosity.

Against this background, greatly enhanced the importance of cultural factors in world politics and international relations and seriously increased its influence on the global socio-economic processes in international relations.
