Crowell bill would make Missouri right to-work state

Unlike many of its neighbors, Missouri is not a “right-to-work” (RTW) state. RTW Act ensures the right of workers to for them to decide whether to join or financially support the Union. However, employees who work in the railroad industry or the airline or the federal enclave may not be reserved the right to work law. Crowell wants to let voters make a decision whether to make Missouri a "right to work" state.
