"Criminology focuses on the demeanour that violates the lawless individual regulation and hunts for interpretations for that behaviour. The study of the source of regulations that characterise certain demeanour as lawless individual is a prime aim of the sociology of regulation, whereas a number of sociologists encompass in criminology the study of how certain demeanour has arrive to be characterised as criminal.
