Introduction

In this case, there was Dr. Campling who had to make a choice of the survival between the two patients. The patients include Rachel, a baby who was suffering from meningitis disease; while the other patient, Afshin, who was suffering from head injuries because of an accident; however, they both were going through a critical stage, and the both required the life support machine.
