Brief Summary of the Case

The selected case for this paper is the case “Connick v. Thompson”. The case is about the robbery committed by Thompson which is the attempted armed robbery. Thompson was convicted of the robbery crime and the murder. After the lab reports, the Supreme Court of United States have convicted him for both crimes and concluded that Thompson is not involved in the murder case.
