Culture at SMdP
The culture of SMdP before the arrival of Odiotti and Seiberlich can be characterized by that of disillusion and disenchantment. In fact, the organizational culture of SMdP was in a state of uncertainty and flux as various stakeholders of the organizations were trying to shape the culture of the organization according to their convenience and comfort. SMdP's culture represents a strong case of absence of a sense of vision and mission, lack of central leadership, internal politics, bitter rivalries and disloyalty with the organization.
