As part of all teacher education programmes at Liberty University is to prepare competent professional educators for Christian, public, and private schools. Educational assessment reflection of students is emphasized. Within the educational scheme, a school-based evaluation is identically conceded priority. Therefore educators should have competence in informative evaluation of scholars if the goals of the informative scheme are to be achieved. A shortfall in the knowledge base of teachers in this area means that assessment befits may not be realized; and the need to climb on pre-service upgrading programmes become necessary.
