Illegal logging and trade of illegal timber is a major problem for many timber producing countries in the Third World. This problem causes the environmental damage and it also costs billions of dollars to governments to promote the loss of income, corruption undermines the rule of law and conflict of good governance and conflict in the funds armed. (Raison, Brown & Flinn, 2001)Sustainable development is delayed in some of the poorest countries in the world that is the developing countries in the world that includes China.
