Introduction
John et al (2008, p.330) define personality as “the characteristics of individuals that describe and account for consistent patterns of feeling, cognition and behaving”. The Five Factor Model or the “Big Five” model is a comprehensive research based model of various dimensions of personality. It has five broad categories each outlined through various traits:
