Introduction

The Riordan manufacturing is an organization that has been working in the plastics industry for long and has been recognized as an organization that is morally responsible and substantively legal. It can be noticed that aspect of these responsibilities has also sometimes affected its focus, relationships with its customers, employees which might also some how result in the end of the company. Riordan manufacturing with the business it is currently doing are the leading company in the industry among all the competetors working in the same industry, in the current hard times in the economic situations in the country, because it has some set rules and and regulations that they are following (McRandle, 2004). The main objective of the paper is of studying the impact that the current system has, such as the Sarbanes Oxley Act, on the business how it is still able to survive and compete against its competitors, as well.

To cater this purpose, the rules and regulations of the committee organizational structure (COSO's) will be discussed and studied along with the obligations of the directors to have a view of their legal obligations in the field, as well. The study done in this paper will be based on the study done through some publications on the business managemnt, corporate governance and also including the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley Act as a support to the respective directors and the senior staff as well. The conclusion of this document will be focusing on the manufacturing line and the present ideals of Riordan (McRandle, 2004).

Ranging as of Albany to Hangzhou, the company wants to achieve its goals through the thrust of daily driving. The company's focus is summed up in various key groups. The organization considers that it is the number one company in the plastics manufacturing and therefore it should tackle the key disputes faced by the clients. The organization has the a good number of new inventing fields, and also maintain the maximum quality criteria (ISO9000), in order to maintain its market position and maintain awareness of industry trends in a flexible position (McRandle, 2004).
