Rationale of Study
This study is based on the content analysis of literature, considering study, discussion, and documented examples of leisure clubs in providing leadership in broader communal perspective and in local communities relative to issues of crisis and modification. Exclusively, this study addresses leisure club literature published in four peer-reviewed journals and information science journals, in relation to issues of leadership, war and terrorism, civil and natural disasters, social movements, medical and health crises and information needs, and large-scale economic and technological changes. The study also considers extent to which focus of study has shifted over past six years, with major societal changes in many areas.

Nuffield Health Centre is the holistic private (not-for-profit) health care provider in UK. Direct-paying patients are the particular growth area for group, which offers the fixed price for some treatments and access to medical loans.
